“8 adults and 1x 8 yr old family members stayed 26tb July.. Our roms were all comfortable and we got no noise from outside or in the corrudors. Elderly parents had a wet room bathroom which we had requested. Perfect! Food was delicious. Groupon deal included evening meal. Limited selection but we all enjoyed. Evening staff were v efficient and friendly. Breakfast was self service. A little impersonal... W”

“Totally enjoyed our stay at The Vincent Hotel. Staff were extremely helpful Room was lovely, very clean and extremely comfortable. Food in the Restaurant was nice Parking is not the best, you have to park on the- meters in Lord Street, not ideal. Would definitely( come back again ”

“Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that. ”

“This is a good hotel, pleasant staff, easy check-in. Room was clean, tidy, spacious. This hotel has a nice feel to it an a little bar with comfy seating space. It is in a good location, most amenities within walking distance. Would stay here again. ”

“We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. The decision was made……

“Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again.”

“Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom……

“Really enjoyed our stay, good location near to everything - restaurants, shops ,cafe's, pubs and the lovely promenade. Nice and clean and very comfy bed. Look forward to visiting again soon.”
