“Lovely bolt hole for a few days away visiting various places in Cornwall by train and bus. Just a note to self, if we stayed another time I'd bring dry shampoo as the water pressure wasn't great for my hair. Also if you have a weak bladder, make sure you book ”
“The owners were very friendly. A cosy place, room was clean slightly dated. The room my wife and I was in had signs of an old leak on ceiling, some repairs needed but nothing serious. Both of us found the bed a little soft for our liking. There are no restaurants close by within easy walking distance, but there are plenty of choices by car within 10 - 20 mins.”

“Good location and good food. Lovely room. Welcome a bit so and so. Kitchen staff more welcoming than the reception staff who, to be fair, were also manning the bar (although the bar wasn't overly busy when we arrived). ”
