“Beautiful setting”

“Very clean for the price. Very nice, accommodating staff. No strange smells in the room or in the bed which is really nice, usually booking via 3rd party apps gets you the crappy rooms but all the appliances worked well, there were toiletries and clean linens in the bathroom. Not sure about breakfast or where it would have been since I missed it.”

“After a long day of driving this house was a beautiful place to come to. It was relaxing and felt comfortable and clean.”

“Our group had a great time here. The location was close to a town that had some local restaurants and a Walmart for forgotten items. The place was very clean, loved the screened in porch. Lots of room throughout. The upstairs suite was very nice. Only thing to keep in mind is if you are planning to cook, the oven is on the smaller side.”

“Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself! I digress...Lily Pad 1 was very comfortable and the communication with the owner was great. The only thing that may be a deterrent for some is……

“This is a great location right on the Mississippi River and a short drive to Nauvoo and Keokuk for groceries and food. The home is VERY clean and has all the necessary amenities, lots of games and all the fun things. Our family LOVED staying in this home and loved visiting Nauvoo. ”
