“I was one of thousands of passengers affected by weather delays and cancellations at ATL airport. There were no flights out, no cars to rent, and no rooms available. I booked a room online at 2am after 20hrs of traveling. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I got to the hotel and was told 1) my reservation was actually for check in at 4pm (13hrs later 😭) and that they were sold completely sold out for the current night. I was so tired and defeated, I was willing to sleep on the lobby……
