“Tornados & bad weather struck 3 hours after we arrived in Perry. The whole town was without power until 2 or 3am the next day. We made the best of it by finding some candles in the house & made a little party out of it. The rest of the week was fun. Morel hunting, fishing on Mark Twain Lake & the Salt River. The people in the area were all so nice. We will definitely be back sometime. Thank you Greg & Chris! Cool place to hang out for a week.”

“Our family had the best time staying in the Yellow Rose! We loved the restored character and mansion feel. There's room for everyone, 2 pianos, lots of board games, a Wii, and a projector for movies. The kitchen was fitted with modern appliances and the tankless water heater means we never ran out of hot water. Comfortable beds too. The game room upstairs was our favorite spot.
