Getting to the rooms upstairs can be challenging with cases but the rooms were clean with updated modern bathrooms. The inn is hundreds of years old so some quirks are expected. It’s just up the road from the stunning beach of Port William. Don’t miss it! ”

“Excellent stay at the Old Custom House over Easter weekend. We were able to get into our room early and were pleased with how nicely decorated and well equipped the room was. We also had a lovely view from the two windows over the very pretty harbour. The bed was very comfortable and although quite small, the room was full of character. Staff were friendly and welcoming at the hotel and the lady doing breakfast both mornings we were there was delightful. Breakfast was included in our room rate……
