“Not a “hotel” but more like a pub with rooms. However the room was great but could do with aircon not just a small fan. Shower had plenty of pressure and bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The smart tv was a plus allowing me to watch Netflix and YouTube. Not a massive fan of continental breakfasts but there’s was ok. Plenty shops, supermarket and takeaways nearby.”

“We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. ”

“Owner Mike is friendly and service and his breakfast cooking was good. One thing I feel can further improve is, when we arrived at the hotel around 1700hrs it was already total darkness as we are travelling in winter Dec 2024. Mike should install a lamp by the sign board where the instructions for the guests, to guide the guests to the instruction’s board, as the winter darkness make it challenging for us. He should also change the blackboard to others board as the chalk on the blackboard……

“Just amazing, this was our 2nd visit because we enjoyed it so much last time. We love Widbrook Barns, everything about it. Dick and his team offer 1st Class service, the care and attention to detail is the best. Warm and wonderful welcome, the rooms are delightful, setting is great. “We had a truly wonderful experience at The Neeld Arms. Mark, the proprietor, was incredibly courteous and an outstanding host throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he made sure every detail was taken care of. Dinner was exceptional. We had a delicious chicken burger and a perfectly cooked fish and chips, both served hot and fresh. There was also plenty of fresh bread and butter on the table, which we really appreciated. Everything was full of flavour and clearly made with quality……

“Located in the beautiful Cotswolds lies this accommodation. Run by incredibly friendly people. Parking was easy. The room we rented was spaciou and well maintained. Especially considering the building is quite old. It’s not a hotel. You’re staying in somebody’s house. Entering through a side entrance, passing eggs for sale. Having to remove your outdoor shoes when going upstairs. It all adds to the experience of what’s it like living there. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying……
