“優點: 房間非常舒適，是讓人很放鬆酒店。早餐好吃，特別是麵包。缺點: 沖涼房隔水不好，很容易滲一灘水在門口。
其實酒店員工都非常nice，服務也很周到，但仍然有一些讓我很不解的地方，希望供大家參考。
1. 本人習慣每次訂酒店，都會告知酒店航班資料跟大概到達時間。這家酒店非常好，竟然有派車去機場接我們，問題是起碼回覆一下我的郵件，讓我們知道就不會讓司機白跑一趟了，所以是我們自己上了的士去到酒店，才知道已有人在機場等…很無奈，也對司機感到很不好意思。
2. 打算租車一天遊吳哥小圈及吳哥寺看日出，雖然酒店的報價比正規的士報價要高一點，但也覺得反正住那麼多天，給多一點酒店員工賺也好。結果看日出的那天早上四點多等我們居然是一台duk duk車，明明訂的是私家車，mark的價錢也是私家車，所以真的很無奈，幸好duk……

The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather.

“I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport……

“A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.”
