“Desi’s Hideaway was the highlight of our vacation. We had several incidents throughout the weekend, the only light at the end of the tunnel was returning to our home away from home. Then to top it off, our hosts took time out of their day to aid our family members, that were not even guests of theirs. My wife’s family reunion in in Camp Wood, so there were uncles and cousins everywhere. They got two trucks stuck by the river and our hosts were awesome enough to help get them unstuck and get……

“Friendly staff at check in and check out. Wi-Fi was stable and worked well. Room was very clean and looked exactly as in the photos. Mattress was comfortable, a/c cooled room down quickly. I didn’t use the pool, but it was right in front of my room and if I had had time I would have - it looked inviting. I’d never been to Del Rio before, but will be back in 3 weeks and will stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, basic motel with a pool.”
