“It was clean. I barely started checking in and the lady said “only guests in the pool” I thought…kind of rude 1st thing to say? I needed a cot & when I asked they told me only one in the whole building was being used. It should not say they are available!”

I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"...
