“Lovely stay in one of the lodge rooms spacious and modern and very clean and comfy . Service is brilliant staff friendly . The food in the pub is super very tasty and the pies are amazing .very dog friendly love staying here and will be back would absolutely recommend ”

“This is the second time I've been with my other half and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The customer service is beyond reproach and there's a friendliness to the staff that is much appreciated. The Cementing meal that I had was wonderful. I had pigeon breast followed by halibut and then cheese board. Also had a nice bottle of Charlie's a glad of port. I'm hoping to make this an annual trip”

“Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected.”

“Location excelent but parking limited. Public parking is some way away. Breakfast good. Decent pub food at fair prices. Room 5 had a good view over the Church in winter quiet except for brief visit by large noisy Church group ! Building is old so expect that. Walsingham is unique and I certainly prefer the Black lion to the other Pub. ”

“Good stay in a nice quiet bungalow suitable for the family. Communications after booking were good. It would be better if Hotels.com highlighted the hidden fees, if they knew of them. Early check-in/late checkout charges are common place. But fees for towels, bedding and the use of the hot tub in the garden less so. If you want the basics then use this place as it is good value and you don’t mind taking your own stuff with you. If you want the ‘extras’ it’d likely be cheaper to book elsewhere. ”
