“It was very hot in the room. There was no air conditioning and the provided fan was too noisy to sleep with.”

“Perfect for single traveller ”

“Immediate impression was a beautiful pub, gorgeous outdoor seating and when walking into the bar/reception it was very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff too. Parking was a short 3 min walk from the pub with 24hr parking available. Room was spacious and clean, although there was what looked like a blood stain on the opening of my pillowcase. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but that’s ok. Room is seperate from the pub so you don’t get noise from that, however the windows don’t block out……

“Key collection was very straight forward, house and room very clean and comfortable. Cake on arrival a nice touch. Prosecco and chocolates for valentines and extra special thought! Unfortunately breakfast times very short and early for the weekends so didn’t have breakfast on the Saturday (parkrun timings didn’t allow and didn’t work out how to arrange early breakfast until it was too late). Shower in the cupboard was quite strange but once we had worked out how to get in and out it was……

Your kniwledge if the area and places to visit were spot on. We will definitely be back again and will pass on your details to any friends we know thar are looking fir a super place to stay. “My first stay at the Farmhouse but my sister has stayed before and recommended. Went with my dog and they were very accommodating and friendly to us both. Great location for some long walks in a nice peaceful area. Room was a good size and the bed was super comfy. Can't wait to go back :) ”

“Stayed while playing golf. Decent hotel clean, but dated and probably could do with a refurb. Breakfast was a little chaotic dealing with customers, but the food was lovely. ”

“Brilliant staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Plumbing, namely water draining away shower/sink, was a little slow, which could cause the shower tray to flood into the bathroom. More an issue in the morning, possibly due to system capacity. Wedding party was a little noisy on one night, but to be expected.”
