“Its ok ”

“What a wonderful fairytale stay! We had an attic suite for our babymoon. I can not imagine any better place for the occasion. Our suite were decorated in a “hobbit inspired theme” with arched doors and huge bathroom with a bathtub-jacuzzi! Our host Jeremy was very pleasant and kind to let us check in early. We had an electric kettle (it is rare in hotels in the US) in the room and could make our morning and evening tea without leaving the room. So much reminded me some place in Europe. Overall……

“Excellent customer services. I had an issue with reservation in which confirmation made through expedia did not transfer data to the hotel due to a glitch in the system. The assistant general manager,Max, and The receptionist, Marj, spent so much time resolving the problem. They are wonderful! I really appreciate their help!”

“Found and booked a Junior King Suite for $325 at 7pm the evening before the Kentucky Derby. I couldn't have been more pleased. Plenty of self parking. Easy check-in. Nice lobby. Fun hotel bar. Quiet outside patio space. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Spacious. Safe neighborhood and surroundings. ”

“Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Housekeeping did not come in my room at all the 3 days I was there. There was a kids soccer team there first 2 nights. They were running up and down the halls knocking on doors and making noise. Lots of lobby noice d/t them too.”
