“Great stay for a Veterans convention. ”

“We were graded with a pleasant welcome from Brittney at the front desk. She knew the answer to each and every question we had we had a little problem, nothing major and we called down to the front desk and she took care of it right away. There are some people that work Customerservice these days That act like it’s a chore to do their job but once you meet Brittney at Holiday Inn you’ll see that she takes her job very seriously and she does it very well. If I were in management, she would……

“The facility was nice. It could be a little cleaner in the common areas, but overall it was great. The housekeeping staff were very kind and made sure to keep our garbage emptied and towels stocked for our stay. All of the staff that we interacted with were very kind and personable. The suite we stayed in was stuffy in the living room as there is no air conditioner or mini split to help with the heat and stuffiness. I would suggest looking into this as we had to keep the bedroom air conditioner……

“The room was fine the only issue I had was that the shower wasn’t cleaned, the reason I say this is because there was a long black hair left in the shower on the shower floor, and when I see that, it usually means the shower wasn’t cleaned. ”

“Only complaint was people staying above us had kids that were very loud all day long. ”

“The front desk lady was the most welcoming person I've seen in a hotel.”
