She knew the answer to each and every question we had we had a little problem, nothing major and we called down to the front desk and she took care of it right away. There are some people that work Customerservice these days That act like it’s a chore to do their job but once you meet Brittney at Holiday Inn you’ll see that she takes her job very seriously and she does it very well.
