She knew the answer to each and every question we had we had a little problem, nothing major and we called down to the front desk and she took care of it right away. There are some people that work Customerservice these days That act like it’s a chore to do their job but once you meet Brittney at Holiday Inn you’ll see that she takes her job very seriously and she does it very well. If I were in management, she would……

“Beautifully restored house with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. They even thought of all the little things that make a B&B special like leaving rain ponchos out for the guests on rainy days and leaving a variety of freshly baked goods out for late night snacks. It was a 15 minute ride to Churchill Downs and 5 minutes from downtown Louisville. But, there were many restaurants and pubs in short walking distance. I highly recommend the Market Street Inn. ”

“My daughter and I stopped for a single night as we passed through town. We were happily surprised by the updated, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast had lots of options, the customer service was excellent, and the beds were comfortable, though my daughter found the tv difficult to navigate. We'd happily stay again. ”
