“When we checked in at night a gentleman named Josh was attending the desk. We got a feel for the type of area we were in because the doors were kept locked at night. That may just be a hotel policy, but the surrounding area seemed pretty bad when we were in town the next day. Josh was super friendly, he was professional and helpful. Their card reader malfunctioned and wouldn’t read my card; He said it was a common issue and apologized for the problem. He seemed to have to deal with the issue a……
