“A warm cozy cabin that we had the pleasure of enjoying for a night. The sauna was a delight that took our breath away. The firewood stove was a warm and so beautiful, to be in a cozy cabin while it snowed in the forest around us, leaves me speechless with joy in my heart Wishing we could have stayed longer!”

Maybe a note in the room with your phone number to text would be better for any questions while staying there. It is a beautiful place and i loved seeing the animals in the morning. “It was so cozy and calm. There is no central heat, so it took a day of burning wood to get the house warm. We also couldn’t figure out how to operate the oven the stove part we got, but not the oven. I just love being in the woods and that cozy cabin. It was lovely.”

“Wonderful stay with access to snow outside the door. Paths to walk on and sledding near by. Home was comfortable. Extra blankets were needed in the night for the kids. Heaters worked but gave off a symphony of knocks and bangs. Kitchen had everything needed for home cooked meals. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this very clean and well-supplied 4 bedroom Mountain House right in the heart of Government Camp. It was the perfect home base for our family’s long ski weekend at Mt. Hood. The large open floor plan with living room/kitchen/dining room and tall wall of windows leading to a deck overlooking the view was a nice space for our family to spread out and relax. Once the snow started falling outside those big windows I was sold. Overall, great house but we had a big……
