“It was a better-than-average experience but the place could use some updating. The bathtub/shower experience was complicated due to old plumbing, and the floors were creaky. Due to close proximity to other rooms, guest movement was loud. The local commuter train was VERY loud (late at night and early in the morning), so my sleep quality was very poor. “If you are going to be visiting, Washington DC, the subway is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away. It is also a five minute walk away from the edge of the Catholic university and some of its restaurants. For four adult people, furniture could have been a little more comfortable in the living room area. But we spent very little time at the unit, so we made it work.
