“Beds are comfortable; convenient location; bathroom shower faucets need repair; kitchen , dining room and living room very nice; floors refinished; blinds in bedrooms and living room need repair; furnace door and closet need cleaning.; hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with. ”

“My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. I hope they are able to get this issue resolved in the future. Overall, we loved it - especially that we were able to walk……

“I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor.”

“Great clean property......in a transitioning neighborhood.Needed more dishes stocked to make food, etc. since it says it holds 12 folks.Water heater was turned too low but emailed property manager and got it turned up.Overall nice clean place.”

“The house was stunning and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. We used the roof-top deck every evening. It was a steep step to get onto the roof, but if you're already climbing the three levels of stairs to get there you're going to be okay. Communication with the manager May was excellent; she's very nice to work with. The neighborhood was up-and-coming with a lot of construction but seemed very safe. It was too hot to walk to major attractions so we Lyfted our way around town.……
