“This property was amazing. I had 10 of my family members stay with me for my graduation and everyone was able to have their own bed and or space. No room felt too congested even when we all gathered in the living room. Everytime I called the host answered and got back to me in a timely fashion. After my graduation the host even allowed more of my out state family members to come over and enjoy dinner with no problems. This house is 100% a house you want to stay at!! “This house was cool and comfortable, clean and well maintained, with space for our team to spread out between events at UMBC. (room that is described for 3 can only sleep 2, and there is no queen room with a futon) but the futon chair in the living room worked fine. We made good use of the kitchen during our stay and were grateful for the washer/dryer in the basement! “Our Washington experience was enriched by staying in a residential neighborhood that dates to the 1800s The neighbors were friendly. The house had been redone in the last couple of years, with new bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, flooring, very clean. We could walk to the Safeway, trolley stop, nearby restaurant. Most of the time there were five of us, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for drinks and snacks. ”

“We were so impressed by how clean the home was and how the pictures depicted exactly what to expect. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and the host was quick to respond. We will definitely be back again in the future. About a 15 minute walk to the stadium. Perfect!”

“Nice house in a vibrant neighborhood. Very close to the national mall. NoMa metro station was a 30 min walk, not bad in the mornings. Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. Ubering back to this house from the sights was quick and cheap as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our adult group of 5. Nice stove, microwave, and coffee pot available. "We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter"
