“I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level.……

“The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it……

Only negative thing is house is next to a main highway, so there was so much noise with the cars passing by day and night. Otherwise, it was clean and owner hospitable.”

“We were so happy with our stay. The location is outstanding and very close to the beltway and easy access to the metro and all that DC has to offer. The unit itself is in fantastic condition and it is clear that the owner has spent some money on upgrades. Communication the host was unbelievable and we’ll definitely be back. The only comment (not a criticism) is that there are quite a few steps from the parking area up to the unit, so it would not be ideal for those who have mobility issues. ”
