“location is good. facilities are very old such as no central lighting control, washroom equipment and style is old Many people can go to 16/F without security check or no need the room card to go to 16/F”

“Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”

“For this level of hotels, there is much to be improved here. First there was only one elevator runnning so that there was always a long line waiting to go up and downstairs which turned out to be a nightmare. Also I was directed to the wrong room by the receptionist which is also frustrating. The breakfast place Gold Finch is a good restaurant though.”
