Fairly well stock w/dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.Kind of sparsely decorated and the furniture is a bit too small for such large rooms. Could use spare chairs and blankets in the bedrooms. Back bedroom is unheated. Some small details need to be worked out like doors latches, towel racks, kitchen organization,……

We stayed for two nights for a quick getaway for my husbands birthday and visited Silver Lake Sand Dunes (approx 40 mins away) and used the rowboat to enjoy Big Star Lake and do some fishing. “This was the 2nd time we stayed at this VRBO, great location, close to lots of public land and the pm river. We spent a weekend archery hunting and cooking up some great meals. Communication was good, great property! I could sit on the back deck and listen to the river every day. Everything was smooth with no issues. Would gladly stay again.”

“We stayed at Frank’s place the week of July 4th with our adult kids and grandkids. Loved the space outdoors with the big tree swing, large porch, fire pit and bball court. Frank was a kind and responsive host and easy to talk to. The indoor space is separated from but part of Frank’s house. We cooked most dinners at the house and kitchen was well equipped with nice table for family meals. “We absolutely loved staying here. Communication with the host was easy and above and beyond. They gave us recommended things to do and good restaurants in the area, and make check in and out very easy. You can tell they care about the property. Everything was very clean and we especially appreciated the extra hospitality details-chocolates, fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend away to relax. We highly……

“The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!”
