“Overall, the room was comfortable. A few things that we noted, which relate to attention to small details: the refrigerator does not fit in the built-in cabinetry, and the door will not close. It looks bad and obscures the light switch for the light over the coffee maker. The glass window had some dried goo remaining on it, so it was not fully cleaned; the toilet paper dispenser was not secure on the wall, and the mirror in the bathroom had streaks from cleaning. It took a very long time to……

“Overall stay with great compared to the reviews I had read online. The staff was friendly. our door wouldn't unlock using our card so we had to have the concierge open the door each time but wasn't much of an issue because they were friendly and prompt about it. The only issue I had was there was no smoke detectors in the room. If there was a fire in the middle of the night we would have been dead because we would have never known. 7/10 DO recommend ”
