“We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! We were decompressed in the gorgeous ambassadors suite in the tub and on the balcony. “Pool is in need of major deep clean and renovation but it felt overall alright to swim in. Pretty good old scum line around the pool but we swam for hours and the water was clear. The sauna works great but you have to turn it on. Follow directions on it. Hot tub decent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Priced very reasonable. Breakfast portions were huge and everything breakfast should be. Salmon bagel platter and fresh fruit were excellent and above what was expected. ……
