“Location was great for us as we were here for spring football game. The condo was in an odd location, but parking was easy. The shower was nice and big, good for someone in a wheelchair. The downsides was bedding that was not fresh looking. You can immediately tell that at some point this condo was completely lived in, due to cracks in the floor and the cabinets. It may have been cleaned but didn't really have a clean manicured look to it such as bedding was not nice and neat, the complimentary……

“This is a perfect option for someone tryna to get some time away. It was like house away from home. The owner communicated with me the whole stay. Everything was accessible, tidy, and vibey. Definitely will consider staying again if another trip present itself.”

“The place was amazing - tons of space and great location!! Everything was provided and top of the line, beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we are in Detroit. The garage was a really tight fit, but we did get our extended navigator in. ”

“Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. We figured out the back bedroom space heater was tripping out power to bedrooms. That was annoying. I view a vrbo rental……

“The property is located in a residential area and the accommodations look just like the photos online Great communication with owner it as chilly but I figured out the electric fireplace and it was very cosy I would recommend ”

“I came to visit a church and the location was very close to not only the church but many restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and functional. ”
