“We had a fantastic stay at the condo! This was our family's first time in New Smyrna and it won't be our last. The unit was incredibly clean and well-maintained from the moment we walked in. The location is just a short walk to beach access. Our family had the best time boogie boarding and enjoying the sand and sun. “Riverview is a beautifully renovated hotel built in 1885. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. There was such a charm about this hotel. The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we walked in the door. The free breakfast at the Mermaid Café next-door was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.”
