“Owners were super nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very clean….nicer than many pricey places. The exterior of the motel is showing some wear, but they are planning on redoing that as well…so don’t let the exterior turn you away! Great place with great owners!”

“We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. ”

“While in town visiting family for the holidays we quite enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and we appreciated the game room amenities as well. The kitchen is always a natural gathering spot during holidays, and this one does not disappoint. It had a dining table and den seating where everyone could spread out but still be close enough to enjoy our time together. The beds were comfy, lots of space to relax and enjoy family time. Would love to come back in warmer months and enjoy the……
