“This little basement unit is nice enough, and they left a nice pile of activities for the kids. Parking space was right outside the door very convenient. Driveway is very steep, and is a loop and the upstairs tenant would park blocking the loop, so I would have to find a way to back and turn around in the narrow slippery gravel and pine needle steep driveway. They had a dog that incessantly barked at us, and their parking choice put either them or their friends standing a couple of feet outside……

“Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first.”

“The condo was exactly what was represented and what we were looking for. We were in Grass Valley for the 50th Annual Father's Day Bluegrass Festival. Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well. The condo was very comfortable and I look forward to renting again, the next time we are in Grass Valley. ”
