“Great service, people, location and overall experience! The room itself could use some TLC. Also, to order from the Concorde, you have to walk to the register. It would be awesome to have a QR code for the room to order. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!”

“The property was uniquely constructed in such that access to rooms was outdoors but covered. Breakfast was on the third floor, indoors or outdoors. ( Indoor space a bit small though). Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“People that actually care about people is hard to find!!! , and EVERYONE here genuinely cared for us. Havent felt this much hospitality in ages. Gave us all toothbrushes because we forgot ours. Helped us get into our car when we lost the keys , let us enjoy the pool after check-out while we still didn't have our keys. Answered front desk phone promptly and kindly every time day and night. Just so nice and helpful....What an incredible group of people! Thank you guys again! ”

“The best shower ever - hot and amazing water pressure! I love the layout of the rooms at ALoft - it just makes sense. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious enough for two people. Can’t say enough good things!”
