“My boys and I really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Crest Motel! The lobby staff were very kind and helpful. The room was seriously spotless, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness. It was cleaner than most air bnb’s we’ve stayed in. We had plenty of towels and blankets. The view from the motel is gorgeous and the beach access was awesome. “Friendly staff There was two men who were coming in to the lobby who did not look like they belong. They came in and took the cookies at the front desk and hung out in the drop off area. They tried to stop me and asked if I liked the place. Scared me a little.”

“Love seeing these old places getting remodeled. This place is super cute. Beds are comfy and water pressure is great. The only issue we had was parking. Each room should have a numbered parking spot. The 1 vehicle rule should be enforced. There were several families with 2 or more vehicles. ”

“First stay at Golden Sands in April and it won't be the the last! Really comfortable, relaxing and fun themed atmosphere to it. It's also well managed and cleainess was exactly how it appears in the reviews and photos. A lot of times oceanfront hotels, even those higher in price, can rest on their laurels by having the views and location to make up for quality rooms and even other amenities. But Golden Sands really delivers all the way around. The tiki bar had great food and drinks also! ”
