“My boys and I really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Crest Motel! The lobby staff were very kind and helpful. The room was seriously spotless, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness. It was cleaner than most air bnb’s we’ve stayed in. We had plenty of towels and blankets. The view from the motel is gorgeous and the beach access was awesome. “Hotel is right on the boardwalk so you can walk to restaurants, rides and bars! Beach, too. Staff is wonderful. Room could use a little updating, but, who's spending any time there with everything there is to do! We are looking forward to going again.”

“Location, location, location. You can’t beat the location of this property. It’s oceanfront and right next to the pier. It’s also right next to several restaurants, a coffee shop, several bars, an ice cream and bagel store…just about anything you could want within a block. I was a little worried that it might be noisy but it wasn’t at all. It’s also only 10-15 minute drive from the shops and boardwalk in Carolina Beach. The property itself is nice…definitely a little older and not fancy, but……

“Kure Beach and Ft. Fisher are favorites of mine and the location of this hotel is in the heart of the area. Room was clean, beds good, kitchenette was helpful and it was on the ocean. All good. Negatives, air conditioner was very noisy and inconsistent. Pool lights and rear parking lot ruined the nightime ocean watching. Room smelled like mildew when we arrived. A bit pricy.”
