“Lovely cottage close to beach access and restaurants. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you need. Appreciated the prompt friendly communication w the owner. Our dog loved the yard and deck. If you love a sunrise or sunset it was really easy to head to the beach from the house. We will definitely stay here next visit to OKI!”

It was our first time in Oak Island and we loved it. The location of the house is great- right between the ocean and the intercostal. “Latane was a very welcoming , friendly & helpful host. The IH is close to restaurants, 49th St beach access & neighborhood is quiet—great for walking, biking & running. For those not keen on those activities, Latane has a very nice golf cart for rent—perfect for exploring Oak Island. Would stay here again! Thank you! ”
