“We enjoyed this house for our spring break trip with the kids. Overall it was clean and provided what we needed. The extra sheets for the pull out couch were hard to find, the hot tub was unusable due dirt and overgrowth, and the dishwasher didn’t work. Communication from the host wasn’t sent until asked for, but overall for the money it was a nice play to stay. Beds were sufficient. House was roomy for the area even with 3 flights of stairs. “Dealing with the owner was super easy. Getting in was a breeze. The house is centrally located, a short ride from just about anywhere in the DC area, off the same road as Arlington Cemetery and the Memorial Bridge into DC itself. The house was clean, quiet and a lovely view of the forest grove. I recommend it.”

“It was my birthday weekend and I stayed with a few friends (7 girls total) and the place was very spacious, comfortable, and close to where we were going! I highly recommend!”

“This place was adequate and convenient, but certainly far from gracious. Access requires walking in the dirt around a motorbike on the walkway. All the furniture, linens and dishware are sound but old. The beds are soft. You hear anyone walking about upstairs. But you can't beat it for the price in DC, and everything works. The neighborhood seems safe - between two elementary schools. Lots of parking, though signs say 2-hour limit, but we did not get ticketed. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities you'd want, and is in a prime location. We were able to spend the day in DC and then come back and walk to dinner. Grocery store, drug store, etc. were all in walking distance. ”

“Home was clean and as advertised, especially the description of noise. This property is conveniently located near attractions, several health systems and most importantly on a busy street so noise should expected so we were prepared for that. We weren’t prepared for the temperature fluctuations which we figured out on our last night were bc the middle window in the living room wouldn’t seal fully so cold and additional noise would come in. Some amenities were dated such as the kitchen utensils……
