“Everything was as advertised online. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. There were sufficient cookware and plates/cups etc. The temp in house was perfect. Every room was used and we didn’t feel crowded. Nice size backyard - even though we didn’t really use (light drizzle and busy schedule). Laundry in basement- TV- Alexa for music/podcasts. Driveway held the cars and neighborhood was peaceful especially at night. We were about 15 min to the Naval Academy; the drive to the graduation……

“My husband and I had a very nice stay at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the house was located in a beautiful park-like setting, the home was clean and we enjoyed our time there. We had our small dog with us and it would have been nice to let him run out back in the fenced-in yard but the grass had not been cut and was a little tall so we walked him out front when needed. ”

“We were very happy with the listing. Exactly as it shows and easy to find. A great spot for us as we attended graduation at the Naval Academy. Plenty of places to eat close by. We had the best crab cakes at Pappas! Parking was right outside the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent. Absolutely recommend this little gem.”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the……
