“the room was nice and clean, but the kitchen area could be better. very limited selection for breakfast. a small fridge to eggs and yogurt and other items cold could make a big difference. no elevator for 2nd floor. early maid service.”

“I enjoyed the customer service with check-in, but I went to 7bed, the bed was worn. There was springs sqeaking, the bed sank in the middle and had no support! I felt like I was being swallowed! Room 132 needs a new bed and mattress! ”

“Front Desk / Reception Clerks very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. Breakfast food not so great. Oatmeal was awful. Turkey was not giid. But was gkad that it wasxat least an option. The breasfast area was very clean abd staff also very pleasant. Oruce oer night was expensive. ”

“Rooms to be upgraded. Could use a coat of paint in the rooms . Otherwise everything is ok . ”

“Everything was great. The staff was very accommodating. The room door stopped working on my first night, so I was stranded in the lobby for a couple of hours while they fixed it. It was an inconvenience, but nothing anyone could control. However, the staff was so thorough and caring that I have to give them credit for tackling the issue with excellent customer service.”
