“The townhouse was ok. Overall it just needed a better cleaning. Whoever stayed before we did forgot to run the dishwasher and we found it full of dirty dishes. The floors needed to be swept and mopped better. The pillows throughout, especially the decorative throw pillows, the bedspreads, and the towels need to be replaced. “Our stay was awesome. Convenient to Airport, DC, & Arlington Cemetery. Also, a cute coffeehouse (soon wine) had just opened up across the street. Very good coffee & breakfast items. King street was very entertaining. We spent cocktail hours & dinners there. Our Host, Vat, was amazing. The house is adorable. Perfect for our family of four. “We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.”

“This 3 story townhome was setup nicely for our grownup family get together and visiting the Smithsonian museums. The place was very clean with updated appliances, 3 full baths plus 1/2 bath in main kitchen/living area. All my questions and requests were answered in a timely manner. Once we figured out the bus and metro schedules getting around was easy. Uber was good getting us home with groceries. Not much for restaurants in the area but we only had breakfast there. Lots of restaurants close……

“Home was very clean, and decorated beautifully!Beds were comfortable, even bottom bed of bunk bed was able to fit a 6ft adult comfortably. Location was perfect to sightsee and central for great food options… there is a single car garage is located in the back of home, but would not recommend trying to park anything larger than a large suv. We drove a Chevy Tahoe, and it worked fine, but a Chevy suburban would have been too big. Claire and Roger were very kind and great hosts! Would absolutely……
