“Great stay! The cottage was adorable, modern, and very clean and comfortable. It was more spacious than I imagined and is located in the heart of Arlington. It sits on one of the most quiet streets in the neighborhood, despite being walking distance to Clarendon/Ballston restaurants and multiple metro stops. I'm thrilled that I found this hidden gem and plan to stay there for future trips to the area.”

“This house made it so easy to visit Alexandria. Travelled with my toddler and 70yr old parents. For the older people know there are some odd height steps and steep stairs as it’s an older home. For the toddler there is soooooo many activities!!! Bedding was awesome, the upstairs had individual AC units for comfort. There is a shared driveway for parking. We loved our stay!!!”

“My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend. The only negative was the lot parking spot was a little tricky but the on street parking is a good alternative. There were a couple spots the paint needs to be……

“Our college grandson lived nearby and this was very convenient for him and us to see each other for meals and sightseeing tours. We walked to some tours and took Ubers for other sightseeing tours that were too far for us to walk. We felt very comfortably walking around.”

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
