“Our family had a wonderful weekend in this house. The bedrooms fit our family's needs and everything was just easy and do-able. It was comfortable and casual with extra bedding and towels, a washer/dryer, and everything else you'd need for a winter weekend away. We were close enough to Mt. Shasta for easy drives to and from skiing. We'd love to stay here again. ”

“Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again.”

“Though there was just a little snow at the cabin, there was plenty of snow on the mountain. We spent the days snowboarding, tubing, and ice skating and enjoyed warm, cozy evenings in this beautiful cabin watching movies, playing board games and enjoying each other’s company. Some of us even hiked Eagle’s Rest trail to the summit and took some family photos with Mount Shasta as the backdrop. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you might need for a great vacation! ”

“It was a nice, quiet stay in a quaint, old cabin styled house. With the age of the building, it was not very warm. The fireplace and upstairs pipe heat was nice, but an inconvenience. The fire really has to be going 24/7 to keep this drafty, inefficient house slightly warmed. When we arrived, the housekeeper had started the fire shortly before, which was very nice. Unfortunately, EVERY window was unlocked in the house and a few were even cracked open or not aligned right and didn't close. The……

Swimming next to the waterfalls was so much FUN! We enjoyed the frogs & lizards……
