“Cleanliness and hospitality ”

“The housekeeping staff were working double time to get rooms cleaned for arriving guests. We had an issue with our room keep and staff quickly fixed the issue and moved us to a different room. When moving I accidentally left an item. When we returned to our new room my item had been left at my door. That was an amazing treat that they returned this item to me. ”

“Being fairly new, it's not surprising that the hotel is super clean, in absolutely top-notch condition. No signs of wear, nothing that needed fixing. Spotless and attractive. They saved money on furniture by using what might be standard school or office stuff, and that's fine. They spent money instead on a super luxurious mattress, extea nice heat/cool unit, a great walk-in shower, and other things that really matter. The breakfast was first rate, partly because of the real plates and……

“Everything from the Valet to the front desk and Dennis the shuttle driver to the young ladies working the bar was Excellent! We appreciate the Marriott and Dennis getting us back and forth to the HALL that we were there for a concert and the Valet Team was spot on. The service at the Restaurant and Bar were excellent. A very enjoyable stay! We will back”

“Location was convenient for me. Front desk staff were professional but less friendly than the rest of the people I met in Little Rock. Hotel is clean and breakfast was typical to above.”

“Staff were particularly friendly and courteous, especially our valet (Dallas?),who parked the car. Our only gripe, was to discover the sliding glass door at the bathroom. Being "prim limeys", we don't encounter those very often!”

“Amazing, brand new, spacious apartment-style hotel rooms. The facility seems spotless. Unfortunately the room I had on the night I stayed was incredibly noisy-- not the hotel's fault. Take ear plugs. Slightly sketch area of Little Rock, and it might attract long term residents (?) I felt a little wary as a woman traveling alone. There was a man with an ankle monitor hanging out at the front door, leering. ”
