“Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again ”

“Nice room with desk, table and chairs. Ajoining room with twin beds. Nice quiet remote area. You need a car to get around. Hazel the owner is a lovely lady and very helpful.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights do a conference locally and it was perfect. Friday enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant. Staff went above and beyond. Very approachable if I had any questions. Looking forward to coming back next year! ”

“It is the first time I have booked a hotel without a front reception and you receive a code and it was all great and the rooms were clean and lovely. ”

“Nice hotel in central area of Boston, with convenient parking and very good staff area around hotel is a little run down, but lots to see and do in Boston. Would recommend getting a local guide of town centre to enable you to appreciate the history of the town.”

“Quick and easy check-in. Room was at very top up 2 flights of steps. The room was quite large with nice new en-suite toilet, sink and eletric shower. The bed was supposed to be a queen but looked like a double but it was very comfortable. The rate was reasonable. Its a pity the advert didn't mention the cheap parking at the old courthouse nearby. There was loud music from the bar at night although it didn't matter to us as we had been to a gig at the nearby gliderdrome. It was very clean. ”

“ Good points ;-Lovely clean rooms and lovely staff.Breakfast was tasty, Not so good points;-not enough tea facilities.The back stairs you have to use after hours are steep and worrying when walking down them.”

“The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. ”

“Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. ”
