“Walking distance to the capital ... beautiful older home in a nicr neighborhood. Instructions and the space was excellent. It needs spme light repairs, but everything was functional, comfortable, and spacias for a basement apartment. Only one entrance / exit with the agress having bars. “This property is located on a residential street, in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is active and vibrant. We were able to walk to the National Mall as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is brightly decorated, and feels spacious. The bed is very comfortable. A spa experience best describes the bathroom. The outdoor space has a large deck and charming back yard. We would definitely return for a future stay.”

“We really enjoyed the ability to take our senior dog out with ease and we used many of the amenities available to us. Everywhere we visited that week was easily accessible. i enjoyed being close to downtown but liked the feeling of being in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear owners upstairs but it did not both us. Communication was great with the owners. ”

“The high level is the location.The place is large, with good temperature control.Some things could be easily improve, such basic supply in kitchen, like a cutting board.But the real thing you need be concerned is about de noisy, we dont now what happen but people up star looks like march, drag furniture, overthron things intil 2 a.m. especially in the room area.”

“This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++”

“Love the apartment! It's spacious, impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We didn't have a car but it's walking distance to restaurants and less than a block from Metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go a lot more quickly than driving. Best of all was the excellent communication from the host. They gave us detailed check-in/check-out instructions and got back to us immediately to answer any questions we had. It was convenient to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping. It suited our purposes perfectly. Communication was prompt and clear. Note that the Metro can be accessed through the parking garage, so if the weather's not the best, very little outside walking is needed.”
