“I booked one room for one night at Zirkon Suit Otel in Istanbul. I booked and paid in advance one room for two people throught Hotels.com. I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. When I showed my booking number and the confirmation of the booking to the man at the desk he asked me to speak with the owner of the hotel. The owner was very unpolite and bad more over he asked me to pay addictional 1600 turkish lira because he said that I booked for a room with a single……

“The condition of hotel is ok, but the service of manager was not good. She was not very friendly and no patience, when we met trouble she was not helpful. This is the unhappiest experience of hotel service we had in Turkey.”

“Die Einrichtung die in dem Zimmer n ist ist zwar die selbe wie auf den Fotos allerdings ist es trotzdem nicht real. Es ist wirklich anstrengend die Treppen hoch zu laufen vor allem mit Gepäck. Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig - im Bade Zimmer im Waschbecken hab ich noch Haare gehabt. Und man hat durch die WÄNDE alles durch gehört selbst wenn man die Treppen hoch gelaufen ist. Das positivste war das es ziemlich zentral liegt zu Fuß zum Galata Turm 5 min. Und den Lärm von dort hat man nicht gehört.……
