“Overall this was a good place to stay for the price - it was near Forest Park and about a 10-15 minute drive downtown. The unit was clean, although it was old with some creaky and crooked floors. The check-in process was not our favorite - it is done through a Spanish company that does not list US ID as an option of ID verification which is a bit disconcerting. Parking is in a garage with an access code. The garage is small with slanted spots that make it extremely difficult to get your car……

“Property was exactly as advertised. Property manager was quick to respond to inquiries. Building was quiet and the residents I ran into were friendly. WiFi was very laggy with the TV, but didn’t spend a lot of time watching anyway. Underground parking garage was a nice plus, just don’t bring a full sized truck. My midsize truck barely fit. Less than a 5 minute drive to get to the blue line on MetroLink and plenty of food and shopping options close by as well. 15 minute walk to get to beautiful……

“This was a comfortable property where we had Thanksgiving with our son and his girlfriend. It was a good place to relax and spend some time with our son. Smart t.v.'s in the bedrooms and living room. Small kitchen and dining room. Overall, a pretty nice property. I'm giving it only 4 stars because they were unable to provide us with extra towels and some blankets during our stay. That didn't seem like a big request, so we were disappointed they couldn't accommodate that.”

“We loved the property and would definitely stay there again. The style of the house is unique, relaxing, and fun, and we give that a 5-star. The accuracy of the description is 4-star because the shower in the bathroom off the kitchen was inoperable. More accurately, it functions as a 2-1/2 bath home. There were also some lightbulbs out and we could not figure out how to operate the living area ceiling lights. Again, we loved the property and would stay there next time we're in the area.”
