“The Red Rose Inn is a lovely bed and breakfast located in the center of Bardstown. Great location for exploring Abraham Lincoln's birthplace, Churchill Downs, and the beautiful countryside. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious both mornings of our stay. We enjoyed our stay at the Red Rose Inn, and hope to return in the future.”

“The grounds were clean. The room was amazingly clean and updated. No complaints whatsoever on the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. The coffee pot is in the lobby, but the lobby was closed and locked even at 7am. No free breakfast either. Overall, I will stay here again if I am in town. “The property was under extensive construction, that’s why the 4 for cleanliness and condition. We didn’t know about the construction when we booked, but we did find out before we stayed. It would’ve been awful if we didn’t know ahead of time and arrived to such a mess. All else was great. We would stay there again.
