“We loved our stay. It was so nice to bring our dog along with us. She loved the ocean. The location is perfect. It was so nice to walk to the beach. We went multiple times a day. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would definitely love to come back!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless upon arrival and had a beautiful modern coastal aesthetic. The kitchen and bathrooms have a fresh, updated feel. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax, the large spacious deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening chats. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the home was with beach gear and how easy the boardwalk access was to the beach, just a short walk away. We did run into a minor issue……

“The key box was rusted so we couldn't get the key, but the front door was unlocked. There were ants on the floor so we swept immediately, didn't see anything after that so it must have been just an odd thing. Floors not clean, bathrooms not clean (urine on the outside/bottom of toilet, hair on counter, dirty tweezers in drawer), dusty everywhere (window sills, fans, etc.), the windows had not been cleaned. Salt from the gulf does a number on the outdoors, but we could hardly see out of the……

“We loved staying at this property. It's secluded enough to feel private, but close enough to the beach and other houses to feel like we were part of a community. The kitchen was great and we loooved the high ceilings and great light. Great porches and balconies. A short walk to the beach that was close enough to catch sunrise and sunset each day at the beach.Perfect for a family or even multiple families!Thanks for letting us stay.”

“We have rented this house 2x a year for over 10 years. Only compliant is the thermostat cannot be below 72. The house gets hot especially at night. Need to be able to take it lower.”

“Was absolutely everything the house was saud to be. Husband and i took our daughter and her husband and their 2 sons our grandsons now 30 and 27 Stayed here when they were very little boys and rented a beach house and the older grandson has a few memories of it. Wanted to take them again and we all had a wonderful ine there.”

“We brought our family of four as well as our two dogs. This place was perfect. We had a few questions before the trip, and Martha was quick to get back to us every time. The screened-in porch is key. There weren't a ton of bugs at our time of year, but it would be perfect at a more buggy time which would make us rent again!.Having an outdoor shower was perfect for getting the sand off the dogs and us. The house was just enough space for all of us with a great cross breeze at night. We loved that……
