“We enjoyed our stay and the location and weather were great!! Recommendations….the kitchen was poorly equipped (no pot holders, the knives were dull), lack of comfortable outdoor furniture, weak WiFi reception, insufficient towels and wash cloths (found others on last day left in washer) hot water heater alarm kept going off during the night). Did contact owner and they responded quickly. ”

“Took a family of 10 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The view was perfect. The water was calm. Overall a fantastic stay. If you want to relax and enjoy good ole family time. This is the place to go. 10 stars!”

“Lovely home and perfect location for a vacation. My family and extended family, total 20 plus one pet, stayed 4 nights. We had a beautiful experience walking to and from surf side beach. I appreciated the large fenced backyard as the creek was directly behind for my 3 year old to play safely in the backyard. The back balcony was great for having your morning coffee or evening drinks while listening to music. The decor details were outstanding. My only surprise was the queen(futon like) in the……

“Was perfect for a BIG family stay. We had an internet outage by the carrier, and the owner was very fast to respond to our questions about the outage. The internet and (streaming) tv were great for my adult kids who were taking college classes.”

“The property and house do offer seclusion with beach access only two blocks away. The heated pool is a definite bonus but the per day cost to heat the pool is overpriced and not worth it. The house is roomy and open and the screened back porch is great. I realize our stay was during off-season but the house is in need ”
