“Fantastic house a very short walk from the beach. You could sleep an army in this house and management was very available to answer any questions that came up. Fort Morgan is a nice beach with way fewer people than other beaches in the area. We had a blast. ”

We had access to everything we needed - towels, dishes, spices, laundry, beach chairs/toys, etc on property and tennis, pickleball, biking, and easy access to the beach via the community. We were pleasantly surprised to find bean bag toss boards, which ended up being how we capped nearly every evening. The space in the house was great - everyone had plenty of room, and we could have easily had more stay with us. Communication was great throughout and we felt both……

“Our contract Melissa was great. This was actually our first VRBO rental. The house was clean and everything was orderly. We did wish that there were more cleaning supplies so we can do a better job before we left. For example, there was only one detergent tab for the dishwasher, there is no spray to clean the counters with so we did the best we could. other than that it’s close to the beach, walking distance, great place to run if you like running.”
