“The property is located right above the outcropping that separates the 2 beaches at Yelapa, and the gate is in the main path in town. Great location, and you will enjoy all night the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks 30 feet below the wrap around balcony. The stairway down to the property is in great shape and charming. “We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. “Wow, I don't even know where to begin. This was the most romantic, amazing hotel my wife have EVER stayed in and we travel a lot. We flew into PV and the hotel arranged a taxi to boca, where a panga was waiting for us. Abbey was our panga driver whenever he needed us (for an extra fee) and he was great. “We loved the patio. Perfect place to do yoga, watch birds and the sunrise hits the patio directly which is amazing in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the host(s) are very responsive. The house is up on the hill, but it only takes 5-10 minutes to walk into town. Yelapa has lots going on at night and can be loud, we found the location of this house to be located perfectly as it is close to town but far enough away that you're not surrounded by it. We would definitely stay again!”

“ The house is at the top of a hill. Clean and comfortable beds. There is an apartment above, so it is easy to hear movements and doors. On top of that is a deck with chairs and a table where you can watch whales. You also have a view over the beach. People are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants have great food. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. ”
