“We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. ”

“This property is a hidden gem with a wonderful and accommodating staff. Our rooms were very comfortable and the outdoor areas were so quiet. The ocean view from the pool has been partially blocked by a condo but you can see it from other areas. We will stay here again. ”
“Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und nett. Handtücher gibts am Pool. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!”

“The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm.
Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though.
Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.”
“Great location. Actual property is quite small but in very good condition. Nearby tienditas make for easy shopping and you are a about 20 minute walk from the public playa. ”

Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of the food. Food was ok. It needed more variety at the buffet specifically. They need more restaurants cause wait time was often long. Didn’t like the hostess service at the Turtle restaurant. They were not friendly at all. Drinks were good quality though.
And I LOVED cup cake cafe. From the decor to the colors the quality of the coffee, the service was……
“Great location. Family friendly. Swimmable beach but constantly getting asked to buy things from venders on beach. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view of Lands End arch. Great food. Nice 2 bedroom suite configuration for family of six. Check in time is stiff at 4:00 pm, dryer in room didn't work. ”
